 From the Desk of the Associate Editor Welcome to the second publication of the journal for 2004. We are now quarterly. This was done due to the outstanding response of authors. This time around, we had more articles then could be reviewed in the quarterly time frame, but we will be publishing those in July. To all the reviewers, thank you for volunteering your time to this effort, and to all the authors, keep your submissions coming.
