Welcome to the first issue of the 2005 season. In this issue, the authors
discuss evidence based practice in physical therapy, patient safety
vignettes in training health personnel, concurrent validity of Borg’s rating
of perceived exertion in African-American young adults, maternal smoking and
ADHD, attitudes toward continuing education in athletic training. and online learning in nutrition and dietetics. We are very pleased
with the continued interest in publishing with our journal. To all of the
