Welcome to the second issue of the 2005 season. In this issue, the authors discuss Scholarship, Development of a Distance PhD Degree, Student Satisfaction in the Virtual Classroom, Pathways in Allied Health Practice, The Learner-Centered Syllabus, and Mentoring.. We are very pleased with the continued interest in publishing with our journal and the tremendous acceptance of the journal around the world, with listings in major medical libraries and universities. Once again, to all of the authors, editors and reviewers, thank you for your dedication and support of the allied health profession.
