Welcome to Volume 4 Number 4 of the Internet Journal of Allied Health Sciences and Practice.

In this issue, the authors discuss career advice, informed decision-making, evidence- based practice, athletic training, physical therapy, clinical culture, and ethics. Once again, I believe the editors, reviewers, and authors have assembled an outstanding issue to close out the year.

As requested, I have included the second installment of my preceptor education series. In this installment, I will discuss the learning contract.
