Do you have an interesting case, xray, or lab study you would like to share? This is a excellent way to educate your colleagues and start your publishing career. Send us a few paragraphs on the presentation of the patient along with an xray, ekg, diagnostic testing, etc. Provide the history, chief complaint, differential diagnosis, and a final diagnosis. We will take it from there.

Please assure that you obtain any permissions necessary for publication. Photos of xrays, ekg's, etc, should be in jpg format. Include the name of the photographer if any. Zip all files in to one compressed file for upload.

Cases may be submitted to our online manuscript submission system at www.mstracker.com. In the title box, type the words (case study) along with the title of the case.
